Puntine for Jukebox and turntables
The turntables or jukebox dots, commonly known as "testines" or "diamants", are crucial components of turntables. They are small parts that are located at the end of the turntable arm and act as an interface between the vinyl groove and the audio amplification system. Their main function is to translate the microscopic vibrations present in the vinyl groove into electrical signals, which can be amplified and reproduced through the speakers. The dots, of course, are not “ether”, but they go to wear. Therefore they must be periodically replaced. How do you understand, however, when the time of replacement has come?
