IAM Jukebox – Spare parts for Jukeboxes

3.1 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (IAM Jukebox Via Pistoiese 181 San Donnino 50013 Campi Bisenzio (FI) – Tel. +393311685221, Email: Firenzevintage@gmail.com) by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post , fax or e-mail) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To maintain the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3.2 Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the more favorable standard delivery which we offer we must refund immediately and at the latest later within fourteen days from the date on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged these refund charges. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the termination of this contract.

The deadline is respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods, if this loss in value is due to handling which is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
